Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Talivon, Inc.(“Talivon,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our websites, applications, and services (the “Service”). It applies to recruiters and applicants who use Talivon, and to visitors of our websites.
1. Roles: who controls candidate and client data
Recruiters use Talivon to run their own recruiting businesses. For the candidate and client information a recruiter brings to or processes on the Service, the recruiter is the controller of that information and Talivon acts as a processorthat handles it on the recruiter’s behalf to provide the Service. Recruiters are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that information and for providing required notices to their candidates and clients. For information about recruiters and applicants themselves (for example, account and application data), Talivon is the controller.
2. Information we collect
- Application & account information — name, work email, business/agency name, niche, production information, and similar details you provide when applying or setting up your workspace, plus your legal name and EIN if you provide them.
- Identity & payout information — collected by our payment processor (Stripe) when you set up payouts, including identity-verification and bank details. Talivon does not store your full bank account or Social Security Number; we retain limited payout status from the processor.
- Client and candidate information — information you enter or process to run placements (for example, company contacts, candidate names, and engagement details).
- Usage, device, and log data — IP address, browser/user-agent, pages viewed, and similar technical data, including records of agreements you electronically sign (legal name, timestamp, IP, and user-agent).
- Cookies — we use strictly necessary cookies (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use the Service to sell personal information.
3. How we use information
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service;
- process client payments and remit recruiter payouts;
- create and manage accounts, agreements, and workspaces;
- communicate with you about your account, transactions, and support;
- comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
4. How we share information
We share information with service providers (subprocessors) that help us run the Service, and otherwise as described below. We do not sell personal information. Our key subprocessors include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage;
- Vercel & Cloudflare — hosting, delivery, and DNS;
- Stripe — payment processing, payouts, identity verification, and tax reporting;
- BoldSign — electronic signature of client agreements;
- Browserless — server-side document (PDF) rendering;
- Resend — transactional email;
- Google Workspace — recruiter forwarding email addresses;
- Loxo — recruiting/CRM software made available to recruiters.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights, safety, and security, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (subject to this Policy).
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business and legal purposes (for example, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, and enforcing agreements). Signed-agreement records are retained as long as necessary to evidence the agreement.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, contact us at privacy@talivon.com. If your request concerns candidate or client data a recruiter controls, we will refer the request to, or act on the instructions of, that recruiter.
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
9. International users
Talivon is based in the United States and processes information in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
